Terms of Service

These Terms of Service set the conditions for using tamMark, a work-tracking app provided by the tamMark operator. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service provides features for searching movies, dramas, anime, manga, and similar works, and for managing ratings, impressions, viewing or reading records, and saved lists for personal use. Profiles and records are shown to other users only when the user chooses to make them public.

Users must register accurate information and manage their authentication information appropriately. Accounts must not be shared with third parties or used for unauthorized access.

Users are responsible for impressions, ratings, profile information, and other content they enter. Users permit the operator to handle posted content as necessary for display, storage, backup, and feature provision.

Conduct that violates laws or public order, infringes third-party rights, harasses others, registers false information, uses unauthorized access, imposes excessive load, mechanically collects large amounts of data, or violates the terms of this service or external data providers is prohibited.

Some work information and images are provided by TMDB and, when enabled, AniList. Accuracy, completeness, and continuous availability of that information are not guaranteed.

The operator may change, restrict, or suspend all or part of the service due to maintenance, failures, security needs, legal changes, or external service condition changes.

The operator does not guarantee that the service will always be available, that work information is accurate, or that the service fits a user's specific purpose.

The operator may update these Terms as necessary. Changes with significant user impact will be announced in the app before they take effect where possible.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes related to the service will be resolved through good-faith discussion in accordance with applicable law.
