Privacy Policy

The operator of tamMark manages user information handled by the work-tracking app tamMark according to this policy.

tamMark collects information entered or selected by users, such as email address or anonymous account identifier used for authentication, display name, user name, bio, profile and background images, work ratings, impressions, record dates, saved status, visibility settings, reports, and blocks. Access time, errors, communication information, and similar logs necessary for authentication, troubleshooting, and fraud prevention may be recorded by infrastructure services.

Information is used for account authentication, providing work records and saved lists, displaying public profiles and public records, syncing settings, support and troubleshooting, security, fraud prevention, service quality maintenance, and legally required responses. It is not used for advertising delivery or selling user information.

Profiles and records are private by default. If a user enables public settings, display name, user name, bio, profile image, and selected public records, ratings, and impressions may be shown to other authenticated users. Email addresses are not public.

Supabase is used for data storage and authentication. When searching for works, search terms and content categories are sent to TMDB, and to AniList only when its use is enabled. External work IDs may be sent to providers when retrieving work details. User email addresses, profiles, and impressions are not sent to work information providers.

Photo library access is requested only when the user selects a profile image or background image. Photos that are not selected are not accessed or sent.

User information is retained while necessary to provide the account. When account deletion is performed, authentication data, profile, records, saved lists, and profile images tied to the user are deleted. Some records may be retained for a limited period as necessary for security, legal compliance, or backup updates.

Reasonable safeguards such as encrypted communication, authentication, access control, and row-level database access control are used to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, and alteration.

This policy may be updated in response to service or legal changes. Changes with significant user impact will be announced in the app before they take effect where possible.
